§ The Cities
A world graded in two tiers.
Every city we operate in is graded Tier 1 or Tier 2. The grade is set by four measures: the density of Dragons in the city, the density of Angels within a 200-mile radius, the calibre of private houses available to us, and the sustainable frequency of events. The grade determines how often we open the doors and what the standard allowance looks like.
Tier 1 — Defined
The flagship circuit.
Global wealth capitals and the highest-income enclaves: deep member bases, the largest Angel pools, and estate-grade venues. Tier 1 cities host 15 events every month, carry the $1,500 per-date / $6,000 monthly allowance standard, and receive priority concierge staffing.
Tier 2 — Defined
The wider circuit.
Established metropolitan and affluent regional cities with a growing member base. Tier 2 cities host 5 events every month, carry the $1,000 per-date / $4,000 monthly allowance standard, and are regularly promoted to Tier 1 as demand matures.
